NSI-189 NSI-189 is an experimental drug being studied by Neuralstem, Inc. Research into NSI-189 has been funded by the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) and the National Institutes of Health (NIH) for the treatment of major depressive disorder.
