It could induce a degradation of WT and mutated Bcr/Abl and induce apoptosis in tumor cells. It shows selectivity for chronic myelogenous leukemia (CML) myeloid progenitors in vitro. It is used as a novel antitumor agent. Adaphotris
Inhibitor of Ca2+/2H+-exchange system in liver mitochondria. , synthetic. Grade: 95 % (NMR). Molecular formula: C13H24O3PCl. Mole weight: 294.76.
Adaptaquin
Adaptaquin is an inhibitor of hypoxia-inducible factor (HIF) prolyl hydroxylase 2 (PHD2) with IC50 value of 2 μM in a reporter assay using SH-SY5Y-ODD-Luc cells. It displays neuroprotective effects and enhances functional recovery in rodent intracerebral hemorrhage models by inhibition of ATF4 dependent genes. It reduces neuronal death and behavioral deficits after intracerebral hemorrhage (ICH) in several rodent models. It blocks glutamate induced ROS production in HT-22 cells, independent of MnSOD. It stabilizes HIF-1α protein and induces expression of the HIF1-regulated genes EPO and VEGF in SH-SY5Y human neuroblastoma cells. It is used in ischemic injury research, renal anemia, and used as an antioxidant. It is also used in pyruvate dehydrogenase (PDH) related research. Synonyms: 7-[(4-Chlorophenyl)[(3-hydroxy-2-pyridinyl)amino]methyl]-8-quinolinol. Grade: ≥97% by HPLC. CAS No. 385786-48-1. Molecular formula: C21H16ClN3O2. Mole weight: 377.82.
Adaptaquin
Adaptaquin is a BBB-penetrable HIF-PHDs inhibitor. Adaptaquin has anti-inflammatory and neuroprotective effects. Adaptaquin can effectively inhibit lipid peroxidation, maintain mitochondrial function, and reduce neuronal death. Adaptaquin can be used in the research of nervous system diseases such as Parkinson's disease[1][2][3]. Uses: Scientific research. Category: Signaling pathways. CAS No. 385786-48-1. Pack Sizes: 10 mM * 1 mL in DMSO; 5 mg; 10 mg; 25 mg; 50 mg; 100 mg. Product ID: HY-101449.
Adaptavir
A CCR5 receptor antagonist. CCR5 antagonists block HIV from getting into and infecting certain cells of the immune system. Synonyms: RAP-101; D-Ala-1-peptide T-NH-2; DAPTA; mDAPTA; Monomeric (D-Alanine-1) Peptide T amide. Grade: >98% (or refer to the Certificate of Analysis). CAS No. 106362-34-9. Molecular formula: C35H56N10O15. Mole weight: 856.89.
ADAR1-IN-1
ADAR1-IN-1 is a potent ADAR1 inhibitor. ADAR1-IN-1 significantly suppressed DU-145 cell proliferation (IC50 = 1.11 μM), clonogenicity, migration, and invasion, arrests cell cycle, and induces apoptosis. ADAR1-IN-1 safely and effectively inhibits tumor growth. ADAR1-IN-1 can be used for the study of prostate cancer (PCa)[1]. Uses: Scientific research. Category: Signaling pathways. CAS No. 2734853-87-1. Pack Sizes: 10 mM * 1 mL in DMSO; 5 mg; 10 mg; 25 mg; 50 mg; 100 mg. Product ID: HY-175243.
ADAR1, Inhibitor Peptide (Adenosine Deaminases Acting on RNA 1)
The mammalian Adenosine Deaminases Acting on RNA (ADAR) constitute a family of sequence-related proteins involved in pre-mRNA editing of nuclear transcripts through site-speci?c adenosine modi?cation. ADARs are not active on adenosine-mononucleotide and are only distantly related by sequence to adenosine and AMP deaminases involved in purine metabolism. The ADARs convert certain adenosine bases in an RNA transcript into inosines by removing an amino group involved in Watson-Crick base pairing. The ADARs recognize a double stranded RNA (dsRNA) structure in the transcript that is formed between the editing site complementary sequence (ECS), usually located in the downstream 3 intron of the transcript, and the sequence to be edited.
