Xaluritamig
Xaluritamig (AMG-509) is a bispecific T cell engager and cytolytic agent with a Kd of 27.6 nM for human CD3ε. Xaluritamig binds to CD3ε via an anti-CD3 single-chain variable fragment (scFv) domain, and to STEAP1 via a bispecific anti-STEAP1 antigen-binding fragment (Fab) domain, thereby recruiting and activating T cells and forming a bridge between T cells and STEAP1-expressing cancer cells. Xaluritamig induces T cell-mediated redirected cytotoxicity, tumor cell lysis, cytokine release, CD8+ T cell activation and expansion, as well as tumor stasis or regression. Xaluritamig contains an Fc domain with no effector function, which prolongs serum half-life, exhibits only minimal activity against cells with low STEAP1 expression and normal cells, and shows extremely low target-related off-tumor toxicity in cynomolgus monkeys. Xaluritamig is used in STEAP1×CD3 XmAb 2+1 immunotherapy and in research on metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer and Ewing sarcoma[1][2][3]. Uses: Scientific research. Xanthan from Xanthomonas campestris
Xanthan gum is a monospore polysaccharide produced by the fermentation of Pseudomonas sp. It is made of carbohydrates as the main raw material from the cabbage black rot Xanthomonas spp. through aerobic fermentation bioengineering technology to cut 1,6 - Glycosidic bond, after opening the branched chain, an acidic extracellular polysaccharide composed of straight chains is synthesized by 1,4-bond. The structure and conformation of xanthan gum determine the functional properties of its solution: the complex aggregated structure and intermolecular forces of xanthan gum determine that its solution has high viscosity at low shear and low concentration, and is more viscous than other polysaccharide solutions. High modulus, as well as pseudoplastic behavior; Xanthan gum has hydrogen bonds, anions, and side chains entangled in the rigid and straight molecular chains of the molecular chain to protect the main chain, so that the solution has good heat and salt resistance. It also has good stability to acid-base and enzymatic hydrolysis. Due to its excellent physical and chemical properties, including high viscosity, thixotropy, and stability of dispersions, xanthan gum has been widely used in the food industry, oil extraction, coatings, and many other fields. CAS No. 11138-66-2. Molecular formula: C8H14Cl2N2O2. Mole weight: 241.11 g/mol. IUPAC Name: 2-(2,4-diaminophenoxy)ethanol;dihydrochloride. SMILES: C1=CC(=

Aqueous solutions are stable over a wide pH range (pH 3-12), although they demonstrate maximum stability at pH 4-10 and temperatures of 10-60°C. Xanthan gum solutions of less than 1% w/v concentration may be adversely affected by higher than ambient temperatures: for example, viscosity is reduced. Xanthan gum provides the same thickening, stabilizing, and suspending properties during long-term storage at elevated temperatures as it does at ambient conditions. In addition, it ens

Xanthan Gum
Augment your research on Biodegradable Polymers with the reliable Xanthan Gum from CD Bioparticles Drug Delivery. Group: Xanthan gum.
Xanthan gum is an anionic polysaccharide composed of a β-(1?4)-D-glucopyranose glucan backbone with side chains of (1?3)-α-D-mannopyranose-(2?1)- β-D-glucuronic acid-(4?1)- β-D-mannopyranose on alternating residues. Approximately half of the terminal mannose residues are 4,6-pyruvated while most of the inner mannose residues are 6-acetylated. Its properties make it a useful matrix component for drug delivery systems. It forms stable drug suspensions in aqueous media and soft gels with locust bean gum or guar gum. Xanthan gum mimics the texture of lipids and is used as a control in experiments where signaling pathways initiated by consumption of lipid-containing reagents are investigated in mice.
