Ribostamycin sulfate (Vistamycin sulfate) is a broad-spectrum aminoglycoside Antibiotic with bactericidal activity against Gram-positive cocci, Gram-negative cocci, bacilli, and drug-resistant strains. Ribostamycin sulfate also acts as an inhibitor of protein disulfide isomerase (PDI), with a binding constant KD of 319 μM for bovine PDI.
